The Winery of Domaine de Fonscolombe

Domaine de Fonscolombe, with its rich land of IGP Bouches-du-Rhône and AOC Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, produces wines in all three colors with a fine, fruity nose. The plots of Merlot, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon are cultivated with respect for tradition, enabling the Domaine's wines to benefit from the Organic Agriculture label. When dining at our gourmet restaurant L'Orangerie, ask for our selection of finest wines.

Terroir : Well-drained loamy sand
Vinification : "Saignée" and direct pressing at a controlled temperature (18°)
Tasting : Pale pink color. Fine, distinguished nose with notes of red fruits, wild strawberry, red currant...
Pairing : Very pleasant as an apéritif, with a vegetable terrine or with any light summer dish

pod and, more broadly, with any fish. Serve chilled
