Having worked in Michelin-starred kitchens from the Auberge des Templiers to the Réserve de Beaulieu, and then with Anne-Sophie Pic and Château Saint Martin, Chef Marc Fontanne has spent 10 years perfecting his skills and developing his creativity. In the gentle Provençal hinterland, the chef uses sun-drenched vegetables and delicate seasonings to offer refined cuisine at the gastronomic table of our 5-star hotel.
