Breakfast, Brunch & Room Service

In the morning, a succulent breakfast is served from 7:30 am in the Temps Suspendu (the gourmet restaurant of our luxury hotel in Provence), on the terrace, in the gardens or in your room. The Fonscolombe breakfast is a unique event: a gourmet menu served in mini-portions, with sweet and savoury delicacies accompanied by freshly squeezed juices, and coffees and teas. Room Service available 24 hours a day for hotel guests.

Brunch

A must-see event on the first Sunday of each month, the Temps Suspendu brunch is an enchanted interlude of the Château with its large buffets of fine and fresh dishes, homemade pastries, fish, meat and colorful vegetables and fruits.
